Our system operates on high-speed structured cabling and over the Internet to maximize the operational efficiency of building facilities.

Web Interface for booking of facilities, monitoring of faults, alarms and statuses, environmental control, and viewing of CCTV images across the Internet.
Facilities Reservation System(FRS) for online booking of shared facilities via the internet/intranet eliminates the need for manual processes, reduces paperwork and improves productivity. The online booking function is also integrated with the air-conditioning and lighting systems to reduce energy wastage. The automatic billing function allows the facility manager to charge the various users the usage of the shared facilities in an integrated bill.
