Mr Tay was appointed an Independent
Director of CNA Group in December 2004.
He is a practising Certified Public
Accountant and the Managing Director of
Tay Swee Sze Advisory Pte Ltd, which
focuses on business financial advisory
services. Mr Tay also sat on and is currently
still on the board of several public-listed
companies. He was previously a partner
at Arthur Andersen, Singapore, and headed
its Global Corporate Finance Division.
Mr Tay holds a Bachelor of Accountancy
(Honours) from the then University of
Singapore, now known as the National
University of Singapore. He is a member
of the Institute of Certified Public
Accountants of Singapore.
