Mr Lee joined the Group as Chief Financial
Officer in July 2008. In this capacity, he is
responsible for spearheading the financial
functions of the Group including investor
relations, corporate governance and
regulatory compliance. He is also Joint
Company Secretary of CNA Group.
Prior to joining the Group, he was CFO at
Intraco Limited, a public-listed diversified
Group, where he also held senior
operational management positions in
subsidiaries engaged in various
businesses, over an 18 -year period.
Before Intraco, he was CFO at SGX-listed
Boustead Singapore Limited for six years.
Earlier, he served as Audit Manager in one
of the then Big 8 international public
accounting firms, for a period of 5 years.
Overall, Mr Lee has more than 30 years
of experience in various functions including
financial management, corporate finance,
public accounting, operations, and strategy,
across varied industries.
Mr Lee holds a Bachelor of Accountancy
degree from the University of Singapore now
known as the National University of
Singapore. He also has two Master of
Business Administration degrees; one in
Finance and another in Strategic Marketing
from the National University of Singapore
and the University of Hull respectively, and
a post-graduate Diploma in Marketing from
the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.
Mr Lee is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified
Public Accountants in Singapore and in
Australia. He also holds Fellowships at the
Association of Chartered Certified
Accountants and the Chartered Institute of
Marketing in the UK and is a full member of
the Singapore Institute of Directors.
