Mr Yeo was appointed an Independent
Director of CNA Group in September 2004.
He is the Managing Director of Rothschild
Ventures Asia Pte Ltd, the Singapore-based
venture capital unit of the Rothschild
Group, a global investment bank.
Mr Yeo is also a Director of N M Rothschild
& Sons (Singapore) Limited and Arrow Asia
Opportunity Fund Limited. He has over
25 years of experience in finance and
investment including venture capital and
private equity, corporate finance and
corporate lending. He currently also serves
on the boards of several investment
portfolio companies.
Mr Yeo holds a Bachelor of Business
Administration from Simon Fraser
University, Canada and a Master of
Management from University of Adelaide,
Australia.
