Mr. Yeung was appointed an Independent Non-Executive Director of CNA Group on 29 April 2011.
The founder of David Yeung & Co which was subsequently incorporated as David Yeung & Co PAC. He has over 30 years of experience in public accounting. Prior to setting up his own business, he was with Ernst and Young, Singapore, US and Malaysia and Deloitte and Touche, UK for about 10 years. In the past, he served as a council member of the National Council of Social Services and was also a Chairman of the School Advisory Committee for Ang Mo Kio Secondary School and a treasurer of the Radin Mas Citizens Consultative Committee. In 2001, The President of the Republic of Singapore conferred upon him the Public Service Medal (PBM) for his hard work and dedication to community service.
Currently, Mr Yeung holds Independent Directorships with a number of SGX listed companies. These companies are Ace Achieve Inforcom Ltd, AEI Corporation Limited, Mary Chia Holdings Limited, Southern Packaging Group Co Limited and United Envirotech Ltd.
Mr Yeung holds a Master of Social Science in Accounting from the University of Birmingham. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK.
